Jasper Prescott was a former US soldier looking for the man who killed his brother, Buckton Prescott.
Biography[]
A few months after the end of the Civil War, Jasper's brother Buckton Prescott was killed in Washington D.C. in a church confessional.
Season 3[]
Jasper arrived in Hell on Wheels during Bohannon's competency hearing. Elam stopped the man before he could approach Bohannon. Elam questioned him about his reason for being in town. Jasper revealed his name. After a dance in the town, a very inebriated Bohannon crossed paths with Jasper. Jasper told Bohannon who he was. Bohannon shot Jasper dead as soon as he told him he was there to kill Bohannon.
